This includes intake, inspection, teardown, repair, reassembly, testing, return-to-service, and final disposition. The role ensures strong phase‑gate discipline, drives operational excellence, and expands value stream capability to support current and future program needs. Value Stream Leadership & Expansion Map, optimize, and expand the value stream across all repair and overhaul operations. Identify bottlenecks, reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and implement standardized work. Lead tiered daily management, visual controls, and performance reviews. Support strategic growth by developing scalable repair and overhaul capabilities.…
