KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates, prioritizes & organizes improvement events and AOS courses to create value for the unit ​ Manages or leads relevant, strategic & operational business challenges ​ Fosters a continuous improvement mindset with respective methods and tools ​ Supports and/or orchestrates the Hoshin Kanri process for the site Supports and/or orchestrates productivity generation activities ​ Coaches peers & key managers inside the unit on the promotion & use of AOS ​ Acts as a thought leader for an Agile & Lean mindset ​ Advances AOS through sharing of success stories & recognition of stakeholders ​ Orchestrates, coaches & leads AOS community & key enablers ​ Drives, motivates & manages AOS qualifications of employees ​ Active member of the global, companywide AOS community ​…
