he VOS Manager at the manufacturing site serves as the primary driver of the Vertiv Operating System (VOS), accountable for translating global standards into daily operational excellence and sustained cultural adoption. This role leads the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of VOS across all functions, ensuring full alignment with Strategy Deployment, Tier Accountability, and Order-to-Fulfillment (OTF) processes. Acting as a strategic partner to the Site Leader, the VOS Manager embeds disciplined execution through Leader Standard Work, problem-solving (RCA), and escalation routines, while building organizational capability through structured training, coaching, and certification
