We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Corporate Trust Transaction Manager to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, New York City, NY or Houston, TX. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Negotiate contract terms with clients and their legal team, by partnering with BNY counsel and internal parties, to identify and mitigate potential contractual, operational, and regulatory risks to ensure contracts (such as Bond Indentures, Trustee/Paying Agent agreements, etc) meet BNY’s risk appetite. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure accurate and timely facilitation of onboarding activities on the Bank’s systems to comply with contract requirements.…
