The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of New Product Development (NPD) and value engineering initiatives for separations consumables, leading cross-functional teams through scope definition, integrated planning, execution, and risk management to achieve timeline, budget, quality, and regulatory/design control requirements. This role operates in a matrix environment, drives stage-gate/tollgate rigor, and communicates clear status, risks, and decisions to functional and senior leaders. Partners daily with R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to plan and deliver programs; interfaces with senior leadership to align priorities, escalate decisions, and maintain execution discipline.…
