As a Senior Manager Gross Margin Improvement, you will manage Gross Margin Improvement program for the ADC Division. The incumbent will lead and direct the associated program resources, while collaborating across site and function leadership to drive and achieve division margin improvement goals. Provide leadership and management of high impact change programs that significantly improve productivity and cost structure of ADC business. The scope will include both long-term planning and roadmap development, as well as short-term execution of critical projects and programs.
