We're looking for a Last Mile Site Manager in Hazelwood, MO! Candidates with Last Mile management experience are strongly preferred. Essential Functions: Responsible for coordinating flow for communication between Haulers/Delivery Teams/Flatbed Drivers, Call Center and Local Client Management Teams Provides on-site presence on daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis to ensure Haulers/Delivery Teams are following procedures Oversees recruiting, processing, and performance of Haulers Develops and maintains relations with vendors Ensures follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods and in-home damage claims Interfaces with end customers to ensure effective in-home delivery for customers Maintains monthly operation reports that include statistics and customer service scores Other duties as…
