Segment Managers (multiple positions available) WORKSITE: 7330 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78216 JOB DUTIES: Reporting to the Construction Manager, develop, implement, manage, maintain, and administer all processes related to construction. Direct all segment construction activities thru reporting subordinates. Represent company and project to client, owner, and other entities. Partner with Human Resources and other departments to manage staff through the employment lifecycle. Ensure safety is carried out throughout the construction process. Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. Propose and implement improvements in construction operations and materials. Ensure construction schedule and budget is met.
