Role Summary Wealth Management Middle Office is hiring a senior manager to lead the National Client Support Services operations team based in the US. This role provides critical daily support across Private Wealth Management services. The team supports WM Banking, Trust and Investment partners helping expedite WM client requests and support client servicing work. Functional areas include Money Movement, Investment Support, Onboarding / Maintenance / Outbound Transitions, Client Review Form and Account Review Execution and Passport Enrollment. WM Middle Office Operations will be experiencing ongoing change in the coming years as a result of process automation, operational process reengineering and growing needs to support additional operational tasks currently within the Front Office.…
