The Central VP Asset Manager is a critical position within the retail real estate team. Together with the Asset Management team they’re responsible for managing the relationship with, and overall delivery to, the US Branch Network (USBN) leadership. They do this by driving alignment across all Real Estate Services (RES) functions to achieve Citi’s retail real estate goals and USBN objectives. The Central territory consists of 125+ retail bank branches. Responsibilities: Ownership and Value Add: Portfolio Management Oversight of outsourced facilities personnel to ensure retail facilities are Safe, Productive, Appealing, and Cost-Effective (‘SPACE’).
