This position is an intense and fast-paced role requiring drive, grit, positivity, and enthusiasm. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s associates, ordering product, taking inventory, advising on promotional opportunities, and ensuring that the restaurant’s product assortment meets the expectations of its customer base.
