ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and service-oriented Manager, Equity Administration and Executive Compensation to join our Compensation team. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient day-to-day administration of the company’s global stock plans, with a strong focus on international equity administration and cross-functional partnership. Reporting to the Senior Director of Compensation, the Manager will lead team operations, drive process improvements, and serve as a key subject-matter expert and escalation point within the function.
