What You’ll Do Serve as the first relationship contact for startups, ensuring they’re getting the most business value out of Mercury. Build relationships across a startup’s team, helping them grow and scale their business while adopting Mercury’s core suite. Execute playbooks that ensure consistent engagement across a large portfolio of startups, focused on the optimization, retention, and growth of Mercury’s early-stage startup customers Proactively retain, expand, and surface opportunities and high-growth startups across the book of business. Advocate the customer experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Partnerships, Product) to provide feedback and improve the customer’s experience.…
