The Commerce team owns the end-to-end quality, automation, and profitability of Flexport’s commerce domain. We build intelligent agents to automate critical commerce workflows, including quoting, billing, and invoicing, while driving cost intelligence across every shipment process gate to optimize profitability. Additionally, our team expands the marketplace catalog for new offerings and develops next-generation, client-facing commerce products and payments technology. You will: Define and drive product strategy across the Commerce domain that spans multiple teams, user types, or workflow stages Build intelligent AI agents to automate core commerce operations, including quoting, billing, and invoicing Own the end-to-end roadmap: identifying the highest-leverage problems, sequencing…
