Internal Communications shapes Coinbase's employee experience and reinforces our mission, strategy, and culture. This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Internal Communications and will serve as a strategic communications partner to Executive/senior leaders ensuring best-in-class internal communications in an AI-native company. What you’ll do Own complex communications plans, from strategy and planning through execution and analysis. Advise leaders and partners bringing a deep understanding of the company mission, strategy and culture as well as the needs and dynamics of the team(s) you support. Support and execute team-wide and company-wide events (i.e. drafting presentations and talking points, advising on event flow and structure, preparing speakers, etc.).…
