About the Team The Field Quality Laboratory team turns customer, vehicle, and component data into objective evidence that helps Lucid improve product quality and customer experience. The team partners across Field Quality, Warranty Engineering, Product Engineering, Reliability, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Service, and Validation to investigate returned parts, reproduce issues, validate corrective actions, and strengthen future product launches. What makes this team unique is its hands-on connection to both laboratory-based failure analysis and vehicle-level validation across Lucid’s major systems.
