What you’ll do As a Staff Product Manager at Brex, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy, technical depth, and business impact. You will define and drive multi-quarter strategy within one of Brex’s most critical product domains, leading initiatives that materially shape the company’s trajectory. You will be expected to identify the highest-leverage problems, frame them with rigor, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver step-function improvements in customer value, revenue, efficiency, or distribution. You will work directly with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and GTM. You will influence decisions beyond your immediate team and elevate the standards of product thinking across the organization.…
