Training Delivery Manager (Fleet Maintenance & Validation TTT)

This role follows a hybrid schedule and reports to the Head of Waymo Training and Documentation. You will: Design a multi modality technician and workshop management curriculum; assist in asset creation with Waymo’s training team. Implement "train the trainer" programs and hands on skills assessments, leveraging both classroom and workshop settings to impart competency servicing Waymo’s proprietary systems Drive strong cross functional collaboration with business stakeholders and vendor partners to achieve desired learning proficiency as well as safety and compliance outcomes in complex safety-critical and regulatory sensitive environments Perform site audits with the Service Quality team to ensure training proficiency retention while identifying opportunities for operational improvement…
