COMPLIANCE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Lead the maintenance of policies in alignment with our values, appropriate laws, and regulations. Partner with Legal, Finance/Payroll, IT, and Talent teams to ensure compliance. Review, assess, and recommend courses of action to ensure the company is in full compliance with all state, federal, local, and other regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory agencies. Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and ensure proper documentation is available for audits or inspections. Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on Talent compliance topics, including, but not limited to, anti-discrimination, harassment prevention, and workplace safety.…
