Lead Company Operations Manager

This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. This position reports to the Director of Business Operations & Chief of Staff to the COO. What You'll Do Executive Rhythm of the Business Own and maintain the integrated calendar of executive forums, planning cycles, and decision points. Improve the rhythm itself: identify cadences that are duplicative, low-signal, or consuming more executive time than they return, and propose changes. Make sure each forum has a clear purpose, owner, input set, and decision output — and that they don't collide or duplicate each other.…
