ROLE OVERVIEW Schemas is the layer where our customers model their data. It’s a codeless configuration system powering all of Benchling's applications, representing a software abstraction around scientific data and processes. This system enables Benchling to ingest and store data at scale. You own the foundation that the rest of the product, and other Benchling teams, build on. We’re looking for someone who owns the hard product calls and is the person customers, the field, and engineers come to for the answer, not someone who routes the question to engineering and waits for a reply. You’ll set the direction for the platform primitives, like computed fields, fieldsets, constraints, static properties, and data versioning, that speed up every team building on top of Schemas, and you’ll ship…
