What you will do Design, implement, and manage benefits programs across all global hubs, ensuring local compliance and competitiveness. Manage relationships with benefits brokers, carriers, and vendors globally, negotiating renewals and evaluating new offerings. Partner with Legal and regional HR teams to ensure benefits programs comply with local labor and tax regulations. Lead annual open enrollment processes and ongoing employee benefits education and communication. Analyze benefits utilization and cost trends, providing recommendations to leadership on plan design and budget. Manage leave-of-absence programs and ensure consistent, compliant administration across regions. Respond to employee questions and escalations related to benefits, acting as a subject matter expert.…
