ISV Success Manager

About this job

As an ISV Success Manager, you will nurture ISV relationships to expand the Okta Integration Network. Balancing internal strategy with external technical guidance, you will support ISVs through their integration journey: from discovery and build support to roadmap influence. You will act as a bridge between integrators and cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Partnerships, etc.) to improve the integrator experience and shape partner programs. Your success will directly impact ISV satisfaction, ecosystem growth, and platform adoption across Okta and Auth0. The ideal candidate combines strong communication, analytical, and technical skills to influence ISV roadmaps, identify integration requirements, and assist through technical roadblocks.…
