What We Need The Manager, FP&A serves as the critical financial bridge between the Studio, Publishing and other operational partners. Rather than just reporting numbers, you will act as a Business Partner, working side-by-side with Studio Heads and Operational Partners. You will support 1-2 Studios and be responsible for ensuring that financial models reflect the unique "personality" and requirements of each business line while maintaining the rigor of our global financial standards. You will be comfortable in presenting findings and analysis to leaders, explaining narrative and drivers associated with variances to help influence business decision making.…
