The Partner Program Manager leads the operations and continuous improvement of the InterSystems Partner Program. Initially, a primary focus of the role will be evaluating partner program processes, systems, and tools and implementing operational improvements and automation to increase efficiency, scalability, and improve the partner experience. Success requires the ability to assess current operations, identify opportunities for improvement, build consensus across cross-functional teams, and drive change through successful implementation. Over time, the role will evolve to lead additional initiatives and cross-functional projects that support changing business priorities and contribute to the company's continued growth.…
