Your Impact As a Dedrone Professional Service Manager, you will ensure successful deployment and long-term success of Dedrone’s smart airspace security solutions, supporting customers ranging from law enforcement to enterprise clients. While some pre-sales engagement is expected (e.g., demos, configuration guidance, RFP support), your primary mission is post-sales execution —driving deployments, managing customer onboarding, and building sustainable UAS detection programs. You will be the face of Axon/Dedrone during the most critical moments: program creation, technical training, stakeholder alignment, and live-field deployments.
