We're looking for a collaborative and strategic Manager, HRIS to lead our Workday platform and a team of HRIS Specialists. In this role, you'll help shape how we leverage people technology by building scalable solutions, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring Workday continues to be a strong foundation for our people processes. You'll balance day-to-day operational excellence with longer-term improvements that help our systems and processes grow with the business. Success in this role requires deep Workday expertise, experience managing delivery across internal teams and external implementation partners, and the ability to establish effective processes for project intake, prioritization, sprint planning, and resource management.…
