We're looking for a Design Manager to lead Figma's internal Design Systems and Design Infrastructure as the company transforms and expands. This is a rare opportunity to become the steward of the system behind how Figma designs and builds Figma: the foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, tooling, governance, and shared infrastructure that help our teams create with quality and coherence at scale. The work will shape every Figma product and, through them, the experience of millions of people. This is a senior people leadership role with meaningful scope.
