The Role MongoDB is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Identity and Security. In this role, you will serve as the senior product leader shaping the next generation of authentication, authorization, and access control across MongoDB Atlas, the core database engine, and emerging developer platforms. You will lead the strategy for non-human identity—spanning workload identity federation, zero-trust passwordless access, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and autonomous AI agentic identity.
