Manager, Growth Marketing This is a hybrid position to the NYC HelloFresh Headquarters The Manager, Growth Marketing (Factor US) is a performance marketing generalist who takes full ownership of their channel portfolio — managing execution, optimizing performance, and driving results across whatever they own. Direct mail is the current anchor channel and primary focus of this role; it is learnable on the job with strong agency support and a deep library of internal test learnings. Beyond DM, this role actively supports growth planning and performance management across select emerging channels in our mix. We're looking for someone who is energized by variety, brings structured analytical thinking wherever they work, and takes ownership without needing to be an expert from day one. You will……
