Job Summary The Plant Manager (PM) has direct responsibility for the overall operation of the Memphis plant. This position is directly responsible for the Memphis Plant Fixed Assets (~290 million) Annual RPE budget 14M; Annual Variable Cost budget in excess of $19M; and annual Capital budget which varies from $4M to 5M Site has 59 employees and is unionized The PM has full P/L responsibility and provides leadership, direction, and management for all aspects of the plant’s manufacturing operations. The PM assists in the creation of the organization’s vision and growth strategies and executes the business and operations plans to achieve revenue, profit, and performance targets while continuing the plant’s record of success and high levels of safety and customer service.…
