Charger Logistics is seeking an experienced Senior Claims & Litigation Paralegal – Transportation to join our in-house Legal Department. This person will work closely with in-house counsel and outside litigation counsel in managing a significant portfolio of U.S. transportation-related litigation and claims. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support commercial-auto bodily injury, catastrophic-loss, property-damage and transportation litigation/claims. Coordinate immediate evidence preservation following significant accidents, including driver qualification/personnel records, ELD/HOS, telematics/GPS, ECM data, dashcam/video, maintenance/inspection records, dispatch communications, bills of lading, photographs, police reports and witness information.…
