The opportunity: This is a pivotal opportunity to architect and scale the HR function across Flexport's growing fulfillment network. You will partner directly with Operations leadership, driving the strategic transition from a contingent to a full-time workforce. This involves building comprehensive HR capabilities from the ground up in states like New Jersey, Wisconsin, Texas, Georgia, and California.
