Join our team as Regional Director of Finance reporting to the General Manager and initially Auberge’s SVP, Operations Finance. You will be responsible for driving strong financial performance at the hotel while ensuring excellent owner relationships. We look to the person in this position to deliver superior financial performance, ensure operational efficiencies, implement effective financial controls, and implement practical, non-bureaucratic policies and procedures. As a Regional Director of Finance, you will serve as the property Director of Finance for an Auberge hotel or resort property, while dedicating approximately twenty percent (20%) of your time to ensure financial management excellence at the assigned regional properties.…
