MLSC is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven Manager, Grant Financial Operations to join its Finance team. This position will be responsible for independently managing the reimbursement process for an assigned portfolio of grants, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of a high volume of reimbursement requests across multiple funding programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while providing responsive and professional support to grant awardees.
