Primary Function / Primary Goals / Objectives: This role will support the Development Sciences Organization in R&D which consists of both of Internal and External budgetary responsibility across six functions. The Associate Director will enable strategic planning and execution of both current and long-term Development Sciences goals. This position is responsible for financial planning and analysis related to Plan, Update, LBE and LRP as well as support of strategic initiatives. The Development Sciences annual budget averages $1.4B - $1.5B, approximately 2,800 resources across seven sites, four pilot plants, six vivariums and capital responsibility between $40MM-$60MM annually.…
