About this job

The Specialty Finance Trade Administrator supports the end-to-end trade and transaction lifecycle for a portfolio primarily focused on structured private credit facilities and whole loan portfolios. The Trade Administrator acts as a central coordinator among Portfolio Managers, Traders, Deal Team Origination Members, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Prime Brokers, Custodians, Agent Banks, service providers, and Brokers to ensure trading and private deal activity is reflected accurately across systems and records. Key Responsibilities Support trading account and security master set-up activities Validate completeness and accuracy of transaction booking across trading, operations, and finance—including public securities, private deal closings and post-close lifecycle events.…
