You’ll partner across Finance and Real Estate to uncover drivers, manage risk, and modernize reporting through automation and new tools. Real Estate (Retail) Financial Analysis is part of the Consumer Bank Branch Network (BN) Finance team. BN Finance manages real estate and branch equipment/ATM expenses across for over 5k Chase branches. The team also owns the Real Estate capital budget and branch/ATM count forecasts for budget and risk scenarios.
