Vertiv, a global leader in critical infrastructure solutions, seeks a Senior Manager, Supplier Commercial Finance to join our Americas Commercial Finance team. This role will build and lead the commercial finance capability supporting Procurement and the supplier portfolio, ensuring that customer obligations are appropriately flowed down to suppliers and that supplier commitments protect Vertiv's margin, cash, capacity, and risk position. The Senior Manager will partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, Treasury, Engineering, and business leaders to assess and prioritize exposure, structure supplier financing and payment protections, establish governance and approval standards, and create portfolio-level transparency.…
