About the Role We are seeking a Director of Finance Systems to own the technology behind Rula's accounting and financial reporting, and to help our Accounting team move toward a faster, more automated close. This is a chance to shape how a fast-growing mental health company runs its finances, with a scope that goes well beyond ERP administration and into AI, automation, and the controls that let us scale with confidence. You will oversee our core finance systems, including NetSuite, Ramp, Zip, FloQast, and revenue reporting tools. You will be the project manager for new system launches and updates, and you will partner with Engineering to make sure Finance's needs are built in from the start.…
