POSITION SUMMARY Manager, M&A Finance will play a key role in supporting Vertiv’s inorganic growth strategy through comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation activities. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units and functions. RESPONSIBILITIES Opportunity Evaluation Conduct detailed financial analyses, including valuation modeling and scenario planning, to formulate deal theses for acquisition targets and divestitures. Partner with business leaders to prepare financial forecasts and projections, including cost and revenue synergies, for potential acquisitions. Summarize target valuation and investment recommendations for senior management.…
