This role translates company and Financial Products strategy into a consistent customer onboarding, enablement, adoption, and spend-growth motion across segments. The Manager leads people managers and individual contributors, establishes clear priorities and operating standards, and ensures the teams deliver a high-quality experience from implementation through sustained product adoption.
