The R&D Discovery Research Finance team supports the Vice President of Discovery Research and their leadership team in strategic planning and execution of both current and long-term goals for the Therapeutic and Functional Areas. AbbVie Discovery Research has approximately 1,900 employees and contractors at AbbVie sites in 8 different geographies, with an operating budget of ~$900MM, and over 200 capital projects annually.
