The Principal, Strategic Finance & Analytics, Incubations role will partner closely with business, product, and analytics leaders across Luxe, Monthly Stays, and Airbnb for Business. This role will directly support the investment decisions behind Airbnb's fastest growing emerging businesses. We sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, and the business, partnering directly with leaders to decide where Airbnb invests, how we grow, and what we do next. We expect every member of the team to bring a CFO mindset to budget management, producing actionable insights, owning our performance story, and supporting day-to-day execution.
