The primary objective of this position is to drive finance transformation by enhancing finance capabilities, improving culture, and reinforcing team spirit across the Commercial Finance organization. This role is responsible for leading the Finance Future Fit (FFF) and workstreams to ensure execution of the agreed initiatives. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Leading the Commercial Finance Transformation initiatives under the enterprise-wide themes of Process, Tools, Business Partnership, and People Experience. This includes but is not limited to identifying business needs, collaborating on action plans and driving change management across all levels of the organization. Ensure execution of agreed project plans and timelines for all finance capability initiatives.…
