About this job

The primary objective of this position is to drive finance transformation by enhancing finance capabilities, improving culture, and reinforcing team spirit across the Global Commercial Finance organization. This role is responsible for leading the Finance Future Fit (FFF) and workstreams to ensure execution of the agreed initiatives. U.S. Therapeutics includes 4 therapeutic areas with sales of ~$42B and corresponding margin of ~$30B. U.S. Tx finance represents ~300 colleagues. Serve as the primary liaison between Global Commercial Finance and Corporate on enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives. Align U.S. Therapeutics Finance Future Fit priorities with broader initiatives, including Project Clear, Data Governance, and Project Genesis.…
