As a Senior Director in our Work, Rewards and Careers (WRC) practice, you will lead and partner with Senior Directors to sell and deliver human capital engagements for Financial Services clients. You will oversee consulting engagements (either directly or through project managers) while serving as a strategic thought partner to senior colleagues in developing customized client solutions. You will also provide coaching and mentorship to junior colleagues. Our projects range in scope from targeted solutions to broad cross-line-of-business engagements, including M&A transactions support and total rewards strategy and optimization.
