Fraud Team Lead/Manager, Payments Fraud Investigations The Fraud Tean Lead in Payments Fraud Investigations is responsible for the day-to-day management of the fraud investigations team including ensuring the fraud alert queue is effectively managed and the assignment of work to the team. You will manage the investigation of transactions related to Northern Trust accounts, clients, operations, or employees, ensuring all activities are supported by detailed analysis and documented findings. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with payment operations, relationship and account managers, and the Global Fraud Investigations team to ensure timely communication of identified fraudulent transactions and time sensitive submission of Unusual Activity Forms or Suspicious Activity Reports…
