Vice President, Credit Financing Structurer

The Credit Financing team is seeking a Vice President-level structurer to join its team to assist in the structuring, rating, and distribution of lending facilities backed by portfolios of corporate credit assets. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with structured finance, particularly in relation to credit assets such as bonds and loans. The Credit Financing team is part of the Spread Products division within Markets. The business provides asset based revolving loans, CLO warehouses, AI infrastructure/GPU financing and other bespoke financing solutions for sophisticated alternative asset managers. These lending facilities are backed by a range of corporate credit assets, including broadly syndicated and private credit loans and corporate bonds.…
