Arkema’s Beaumont Plant is seeking a knowledgeable Staff Reliability Engineer to support rotating equipment performance, strengthen predictive maintenance programs, and contribute to long‑term equipment reliability across the site. This role plays a key part in improving safety, equipment availability, and operational continuity within a dynamic chemical manufacturing environment. As a technical resource on‑site, you will collaborate closely with Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and vendor partners to diagnose equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and enhance the health of critical rotating assets.
